Job Title: General Manager

Location : Lagos

Responsibilities/Requirements
The Candidates, preferably male, is expected to have over 10 years experience in the operations and management of plastics production/general goods & facilities in Nigeria and/or other emerging market economies. Our ideal candidates should not be less than 45 years of age.
The Candidate will be responsible for the management of the business including production, marketing, people, and profitability.
Experience in production operations, supervision and management before advancement into corporate management responsibilities would be considered very valuable.
Corporate management experience beyond oversight of the production function into areas such as marketing, human resources and corporate strategy will be a key factor in the final selection.

Qualifications
The required educational background includes a first degree or equivalent in Polymer Technology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Production Management, or related disciplines.
A Master's Degree in one of the above disciplines or Business Administration will be an advantage.
